Andrew Birrell
Andrew Birrell is a second year Economics and Accountancy student and is Co-Head of the Basic Materials Sector in EUTIC. He has been responsible for arranging speakers for the conference. In his time away from the sofas in the library he is a keen sportsman who is always up for a bit of competition.
Alex Everett
Alex Everett is a second year student studying Economics and Politics. Co-head of the Basic Materials sector within EUTIC and winner of Citi Recruit 2013, Alex has been responsible for PR and Marketing for this conference.
Alex is a keen musician, but if you ever want to get hold of him then your best bet would be the rowing gym.
Benjamin Tsui
Benjamin Tsui is a second year student at the University of Edinburgh, majoring in MA Business and Economics. He is responsible for PR and Marketing for this conference and he is the designer for the EIF website. He enjoys lifting “heavy stuff” up in his free time and is currently playing for the Edinburgh Handball Club Men’s Team. He is also the President of the Hong Kong International Society and he is very keen on voluntary work, presently working for the UZIV Charity Fund in China.
Jamie Regan
Jamie is in his third year studying Philosophy at Edinburgh. Within the organising committee he has primarily been responsible for the operational aspects of Excellence in Finance. Jamie enjoys all sports, particularly rugby, and recently took up golf. He also loves to travel and has an interest in wine.
Kinga Darida
Kinga Darida is in her second year at the University of Edinburgh, studying MA (Hons) Economics and Finance. Currently she is the co-head of the Financial Sector within EUTIC, and as member of the organising team she has been responsible for securing sponsorships and liaising with the Edinburgh City Council.
Kinga is an active member of the European Youth Parliament, having chaired at a number of sessions across Europe. She is passionate about languages and photography and is currently on a quest to study Chinese.
