A short presentation from two BlackRock employees shall precede company analysis in the form of case studies, before the group convenes to make recommendations on their choices. Given this game will be run by representatives from BlackRock who conduct similar analysis on a daily basis, this will doubtless offer an excellent insight into the process which professionals adhere to in order to make informed decisions.

 

 

Morgan Stanley

Gold sponsors Morgan Stanley will host an equities trading simulation - within groups, participants shall pick companies to invest in based upon information scrutinised previously. Four quarters of 'current news' will see groups trade in and out of positions as they would in real market conditions. Overseen by three representatives from Morgan Stanley, this game is designed to demonstrate the short term angle of equity investment and to promote further thinking.
